Drop Your Boss is a unique, FUNdraiser which challenges Graeme Dingle Foundation's corporate partners and business leaders to nominate their 'Boss' to Drop off Auckland’s iconic building – The Sky Tower.

Management and staff are asked to fundraise as much as possible to see their Boss plummet 192 metres to the ground at around 85km/hr.

Thursday 8 June 2017 saw a number of 'Bosses' step off the Sky Tower to help raise funds for the Graeme Dingle Foundation who run school based programmes – Kiwi Can, Stars, Career Navigator, Project K and MYND - that help young Kiwis overcome the odds through improving their resilience, self-confidence, and self-efficacy. These programmes reach over 25,000 young people across New Zealand every year.  Every $1000 raised supports four more children into our school based programmes - Kiwi Can, Stars and Career Navigator.

In 2017 two members of the NZ Kiwi Ferns Rugby League team, Georgia Hale (standoff) and Madison Bartlett (winger) dropped in support of our young people.  We also had the Commanding Officer of the Royal NZ Navy base HMNZS Philomel, CDR Quentin Randall, RNZN, jump also.
